What to do on world TB Day 2026

  1. If you COUGH, COVER YOUR COUGH
  2. Teach your hauslain to COVERYOURCOUGH.   i. Cover your mouth and nose with your left elbow.  ii. Keep your clean right hand well away when cough or sneeze into your left elbow!  if you need to COUGH or sneeze again - go outside.
  3. LISTEN for the sound of COUGHING at home  and work.  COUGHING is not normal. COUGHING is a sign of disease.  If you hear someone COUGHING offer them support to get their COUGH checked or testing for TB. TB testing is FREE. Call B4H TB info line to learn more 7676 2482
